Nokia X20 to Launch on April 8 With Mid-Range Specs

At the upcoming April 8 launch case, HMD Global is expected to reveal a trio of new Nokia phones. The Nokia X20, which was recently approved by the FCC, is expected to be one of these phones.

The Nokia G10, X10, and X20 are three phones scheduled to be unveiled at HMD Global’s upcoming event. This is because the company is rumoured to be changing its name, so these phones will no longer be known as Nokia 5.4, 8.3, and so on.

According to previous reports, the Nokia G10 will be an entry-level 4G handset, while the X10 and X20 will be Snapdragon 480-powered 5G mid-rangers. According to the FCC certification, the X20 will have a 6.5-inch screen and a wide circular camera cutout on the rear, as seen in the picture above.

The picture doesn’t show a fingerprint sensor, so we can only guess it’ll be a side-mounted sensor that also serves as a power button. This time around, we could see an under-display fingerprint sensor, but considering HMD’s track record, an AMOLED display in a budget phone is impossible.

According to previous benchmarks, the Nokia X20 may have 6GB of RAM, Android 11, and a price of less than €349. The Nokia X10, on the other hand, is expected to cost about €299 in White and Green.

Stay tuned for more information leading up to the April 8 launch date.
