Terms & Conditions

• A 14 percent withholding fee is applied on recharges and bills.
• There is a 19.5 percent sales tax on use in Punjab, KPK, and Baluchistan. There is a 19 percent sales tax in Sindh.
• The federal average is 18.5 percent in the rest of Pakistan and Ajk.
• Data facilities up to 4 Mbps are not available in Punjab, State, Ajk, and Sindh. Data services with speeds more than 4 Mbps are taxable in Sindh, as well as KPK and Baluchistan, at the corresponding rates.
• If you use the internet without purchasing a data pack, you will be charged Rs.18/Mb as the default rate.
• The default charging pulse is 64 kilobits, which will be charged at Rs. 1.13.
