Although the official start of the seventh edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is still a few weeks away, we have already gotten our hands on the first popular social media video that sets the tone for the impending PSL meme fest.
While Babar Azam will undoubtedly be focused on leading the Karachi Kings against the Multan Sultans, a Facebook user has provided a video of a young man who looks exactly like him and appears to be similarly focused on the plate of Biryani set in front of him.
The individual filming the video is making fun of the young man for looking like Babar Azam. The national captain’s doppelganger does his hardest to ignore the man and concentrate on Biryani, but eventually gives up and smiles at the end of the video.
While the opening of the PSL heralds the start of cricket season across the country, it also heralds a never-ending stream of memes that make browsing through social media pretty fun.
