James Vince, England’s top-order batter, will be ready for selection against Islamabad United tonight, according to Quetta Gladiators management.
Vince contracted COVID-19 last month, according to Gladiators manager Azam Khan, and the three-day isolation requirement does not apply to him.
After testing negative for COVID-19, Vince, who arrived in Karachi on Wednesday morning, attended a practice session with Quetta at Moin Khan Acadamy last night.
Jason Roy, on the other hand, will only be accessible after his three-day quarantine is over, according to Azam Khan.
Meanwhile, Sir Vivian Richards, the Quetta Gladiators’ trainer, and Shahid Khan Afridi, a legendary player, will join the Gladiators in tonight’s encounter. Richards landed in Karachi on January 31st and will join the squad after the obligatory quarantine period is completed.
On the other hand, Afridi got the coronavirus last week and will be available for selection after two COVID-19 tests came out negative.
